BIG BOYS PLAYING HARDBALL, badminton bobbie......and a lot of money is involved........this case could go in a lot of different directions, but at this point..........a full jury ANTITRUST TRIAL in Baltimore is the projected path.................neither side is giving in..............and money might not be the main issue..........???...........

WE ARE IN A WIN WIN position, playing for free with house money, badminton..............even an amicable settlement, would have to go through the courts and would take 6-9 months, so why not SUE THE F/--K OUT OF UBS, and win in a year and survive another year on appeal.....??.....BIG MONEY AT THIS LEVEL DOES NOT HAPPEN OVERNIGHT, badminton sir......................

MY SUGGESTION is a 3rd party with clout, like DC EMHOFF (slightly tainted given the frankie connection) or Jamie Dimon....an arbitrator without an agenda....(8-BALL SCOTT I??)......

THE ONLY IMMEDIATE SETTLEMENT AND CLOSURE WOULD BE AN FDIC PANIC, and for like $250mm..........meaning a quickie closure = almost nothing for us...........................GO BIG OR KEEP THE F**K OUT, badminton..................ya want BIG MONEY, ya gotta fight for it....................aimho.......
