Now, in fairness, if UBS/Sergio has competent legal advisers, and they don't, imo..........UBS will settle like, ASAP...........and could bargain the FDIC down.........but, so what..........WIN WIN............$75 per share............and that ain't POWEBALL ODDS..............probably 20-30% chance, which is huge....because the miss still equals BILLIES..........aimho..........TINGLE-----mother--F**K--ing------CITY.............aimho........
