Mills has some excellent shareholders with great contacts that believe in his character.

Old news really ... direct dial crowd with contacts isn't new.

People with character stand up and tell it like it is. Funny .... not sure there are many beyond yourself that would say that Mills has been telling it like it is for more than a decade+. The company disclosures are full of holes. Last PR ... um ..... plenty of very important information missing ..... people of character don't hide things. Ya know, like a material debt obligation not even mentioned.

And stop the uplist BS. "Very soon" .... Talk about asinine or is it ignorance. Other than a corporate change/takeover, there is no uplisting to a major exchange FOR ECSL this week, next week, next month and probably not even 1st half of 2024. Of course I am 100% certain you know this yet .... you post this trash anyway. You mentioned character. Hmmmmmmmm.

As to dilution, there has been plenty of it over time because Mills hasn't built a viable anything. Pretty simple. Maybe more ..... as good old character guy MIlls has not offered the owners of the company how he paid for (or didn't yet pay for) this deal ......... hell I would put owner financing in the positive category ... however no terms and details .... so can't say .... so ... it is a fail to disclose by a character guy.

Hmmmmmmm .... "character". That's a good one.
