Agree with you : I think Cecil needed to make a Seasonal gesture, offering explanations and Re-assurances in pretty general terms -

Clearly avoiding over-statement but surely in alignment with what the partner/s and clients had already agreed ..next stop being the Letter of Intent that reveals the opportunities ?

It’s not impossible I guess that Mission Creep has been extenuating the proceedings ..

There’s always been so much going on behind the scenes ..now that Dr Gallagher and Prof Tao are clearly in the foreground, let’s hope the rest of this industry can join them
