Ludicrous!, Kgro gave it to his twins? - pray tell - how does one access Leronlimab?

If Kgro has twins - (very big if) -
for their sake, hope they inherited salient genetics from the "other partner."

I remember the "fiery hoops" Misiu went through to access Leronlimab. Her son's amazing recovery was the direct result of Misiu's dogged persistence! ...and the intervention of Dr. Pourhassan.

Doubt Kgro waddles out of the basement for little, other than soggy pizza with over-sized soft drink. Yuck. .

Kgro got Leronlimab??? Really??? Oh, the guy on the corner with all the little baggies in his pocket had some.......right.
I'm sure Kgro and the guy on the corner have the appropriate storage facilities necessary for Leronlimab. Kgro's is next to the stack of empty pizza boxes. NOT certain what the guy on the corner uses...
