You people are so illiterate. It is simply astounding. You continue to think I am talking about a lawsuit. I am not talking about a lawsuit. A lawsuit is a civil proceeding in which a party seeks monetary damages.

Sharp violated the Penal Code for the State of Nevada on October 23, 2023 when he lied to Judge Susan Johnson about the Company having an acquisition of an asset presently pending. It is now January 16, 2024. There was never an asset presently pending. Many investors relied on Sharp's perjurious statement and lost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Criminal charges are brought by the District Attorney for Clark County, Nevada, where the perjurious statement was made and the false document filed. It is a criminal proceeding in which the Government seeks conviction and punishment. None of you were ever prosecutors or criminal defense attorneys. This matter is simply over your heads. Continue to bash me and call me names. It doesn't change the facts. Sharp violated the Law.
