No, the float is close to the shares held at the DTC - that is always true. Unless there is a Chill or Lock on the securities.

From the Securities Details the A/S is close to being maxed out. They will either have to do a reverse split or increase the A/S - which takes 20 minutes.

On December 8, 2023 the volume was 1.11B. I don't think it is trading like a 500M float.

As always - play the price action and always take profits. Because shareholders can only sit and watch what the insiders do.
