First of all, it’s a civil suit not a governmental investigation into Sharp, Foote or HMBL. Literally you or I could file suit against them tomorrow for any BS reason - doesn’t meant it has any legs. Second it involves HMBL - not GVSI. Just seems like a diversion by those looking to attack GVSI, but are running out of issues to focus on.
