Shortly after that agreement Peace of Mind Counseling Services, Inc. a judge hit them with a $1.3 million settlement. May of this year Peace of Mind Counseling Services, Inc. settles a wrongful death law suit. Ethema Health (GRST) owns 75% of Peace of Mind Counseling Services, Inc. and Shawn Leon is signed off on the bottom of the 2023 annual for Peace of Mind Counseling Services, Inc. I can tell you that nothing about any of this litigation can be found in the filings. The Q Global Trust (“Seller”) and Lawrence B Hawkins are one and the same. It sure looks like this is the individual that duped Shawn Leon and Ethema Health (GRST) shareholders.
