gtch to far out .....always late at their conveince ,,, there should have been an up date about avant! deal already ,,, shares were to be available jan 3 per the deal,,,, if still in motion or dead as well ,, just like the banix deal was supposed to close before the end of the year ,, here we are 2 weeks in and no news,,Mansour did say both deals were finalized , not closed just filalized ,,, here from facebook ########### GBT Technologies December 20, 2023 at 6:24 PM
###################################### Followers of GBT Technologies Inc. (GTCH) are aware that the company has successfully finalized two sales agreements, involving the sale of a total of six patents to two distinct companies in 2023—namely, Avant (AVAI) and Bannix (BNIX).
I have a brief update on the ongoing Bannix deal, contingent upon their successful listing on NASDAQ. Despite the time it takes, I appreciate the numerous comments from our shareholders. It seems that Bannix is diligently progressing each day towards achieving its NASDAQ listing. Business is business but the significance of this technological and IP breakthrough for GBT Technologies Inc. is evident to our shareholders without further elaboration.
