You can't even keep your BS straight. To help you out here, you were posting about BOTH. You posted about a nonsense criminal investigation that isn't actually occurring in Nevada State court based on Sharp's affidavit in GVSI's share cancellation case; and then you also posted about a civil suit filed against HMBL, Foote and Sharp for the HMBL fiasco - which Sharp will end up being dismissed from and will likely never even be deposed since the dismissal will occur prior to discovery. See - even though we disagree on 99% of things, I still helped you out on this one Guppy.
