MY PRESENT FORECAST/PROGNOSTICATION...................(I did speak with a colleague, a senior UBS investment adviser who owns his UBS office....just generalities, although he knows I have a side interest in a LIBOR suit against UBS, but no specifics - he said most of the LIBOR suits are over with, except for some tail end frivolous suits - Bernie Madoff-esque???)...............
UBS is known to be stubborn in all litigation and it is involved in lots of suits, even though the customer squabbles are under arbitration.....I was told that UBS always fights as a defendant, for a long time...........BUT ALWAYS SETTLES...............and always near the end or after a trial has started.......UBS is never creative, or warm and cuddly............STRICT AND RIGID................and the mofos have $380-billion in unrestricted CASH.......CASH................
FDIC is tough as they come and doesn't do TROJAN HORSES.....so the venue shopping and the Hague Letter and follow-up are REAL and the FDIC ain't backing down and we were told will never settle Sonterra/LIBOR.....???.......(unless DC EMHOFF asks politely and suggests $2-billies, imo)................
CONCLUSION..................main Sonterra suit begins soon and is processed, a jury pool created and a jury seated..................THEN A $2-billion settlement, sealed, which is nice.................and we move on.......................nets the UWBI QUEERS about $8 per, then add to our $10 per, current balance.......$18 per cusip share, late 2024 or early 2025.............MEETS ALL METRICS..................(and the Deutsche Bank Settlement Agreement, narrative).......AIMHO........
