Another case of putting the fox in charge of the hen house. The DEA is in charge of changing the classification. There is no upside to the DEA doing this. Its akin to taking away someone job responsibility and cutting their pay.
How is the DEA responsible for this? The FDA or Congress should have the final say, not the department in charge of enforcing the laws
