Looks like Speculation and MM Manipulation. 3 Eager beaver rookies trying to unload 10 million total shares in the mid .004s jumping in front the ask line prevented the PPS from moving late day. I expect the MMs will deal with these yahoos with a FOMO selloff to clear them out come Monday.

When it comes to the OTC and money, a tick can swallow a cow.
