a year ago fcel was $4.40 pers share...at the time of that pr in August, fcel was about $1.50...

today fcel is $1.21..

oh yea.. they are doing wonderfully...not long ago, they increased authorized shares by 500 mil...double what they had previously...the thought was that Exxon would sign them to a big contract...hasnt happened...its been years now that the old contract has been extended...Fcel was counting on all that gov welfare money just like all the rest...

it was said that Fcel wouldnt dilute...they had no reason to...fed gov was going to make it rain money on green energy....hasnt happened...

Fcel has some money in the bank...but at some point they will have to dilute...just like it looks like Plug is going to do...or is already doing...

im sure Fcel execs would like to dilute at a higher price than $1.21....but look at a 3 year chart and see the reality...then look at a 3 year chart of plug...they are almost identical...
