some of us have accumulated free shares for years while waiting on this to finally occur.
i have to assume some dont know 'how' that is done, even though a few of us have given specific instructions on ''how to '' over the years. shame that they have to suffer such empty pocket pain, when ECSL is just ready to continue it's climb and then onto the NAZ. you can always chase guys and gals
