Are you referring to the document wherein Sharp claims that there's a pending acquisition? If so, yes I have read it. And I do not think there's a chance in hell that anyone with a brain will view that statement as being close to perjury, nor will a grand jury ever be convened to investigate it. Is that what you're referring to? If so, that was my point in the post to you the other day - are you saying you believe that the Guppy is stating actual facts that Sharp committed perjury and is being investigated by the State's Attorney's Office in Nevada (as well as a grand jury)??
