Why do you not understand that big money has a lot of methods around the rules . I am involved with NLST who is in battles with Google , Samsung and Micron . All of them are in collusion against NLST. Big money always finds a way to skirt the law . The deeper you dig the more you will find . Obviously things didn’t go as planned with BioAmber . Control of the shares didn’t work like they anticipated. That’s why this is basher central.
