even though this is the OTC it's still the stock market and there are still laws governing it. I can't see how this whole court/mediation battle goes down without the stock getting some attention by the powers that be. If you read all of the declarations about the case the Plant owners were very concerned about shareholders and the lack of management regarding the stock. Like i keep saying up is the only way it can move if it ever moves... we have nothing now, de-listing would just be the final credits to a movie we've seen end already. Hoping for a big miracle. Would be curious if jail time is on the table since securities fraud is the main charge.
