....we dug deep into UBS SEC filings Form 20-F....and 6-Ks........basic gibberish on "legal matters".........several that say they "do not or will not have any impact on earnings"........yada yada yada............no worries, from UBS on Sonterra or anything LIBOR related...........???........and truthfully, even if UBS got whacked, for like $10-billies, on our LIBOR................wouldn't have the slightest effect..............a pimple..........and an "expense" so that if UBS paid out any big money on LIBOR...........discounted by at least 40%, because it would be an expense...................<yawn>........UBS does not care one iota about the FDIC.......
.....slight worry, by UBS, if an ANTITRUST charge and verdict was rendered by a federal jury.......and survived an appeal..........permanent scar on its record, but at this point........UBS probably wouldn't care...........as long as LIBOR was totally behind it...........and it will be when we are done (and the Madoff action, which asked to be last and I believe has a pre-arranged settlement???)..................
