I appreciate your viewpoint. However, how do we define building a business. They seem to be learning as they go along (all the while taking salary at our expense). There have been so many false starts, whether it was with drones (which acquisition was never finalized), Mist Spray (which we hear nothing about), so many companies about to be purchased that never were, changing focus from purchasing many small companies to purchasing larger ones--and the first one so "purchased" (QI) they are having difficulty completing the purchase and are spending months trying to restructure the terms. Yes, they will say that they DD many companies but many fall by the wayside. An experienced management know how to cull out many a company not worth buying, without expending efforts and funds on these "possible targets".

IMO this is what is holding up the No Comment approval of the S-1 by the SEC (how can you take QIND public based on the earning of QI, when you do not have the ability to purchase it).

Have we heard anything about progress in Serbia, are we selling/building any ERT equipment? I know Georgia Fire has PR'd that they are now able to sell a third party's line of equipment, but are they selling anything?? Hyperion got one tiny contract, anything since then?

The Renewal subsidiary, which they were so excited about, was just now sold to Nick's other company--CGRA.

At the last s/h meeting we were told how the best philosophy is to be laser focused on buying companies directly related to ERT as it makes no sense to be all over the map. Yet Nick's philosophy seems to have changed as he touts his new company (CGRA) as being "industry agnostic"--meaning will buy any company that he can PR about (like the old cereal commercial--"Give it to Mikey--he will eat anything"). CGRA is now, lithium, sportswear, on-line sports betting......

Remember the promise about a series of vodcasts updating us on ALL the companies---yet the first and only one done was for CGRA--as he needed to tout that one.

Yes they are working hard, but are they working well????? The price, unfortunately, reflects the latter.

ALL IMO
