Ð.....So, is this the year of the "Big Correction", I'm naming it? Typically in Election years the market does well (although that one Obama year was brutal). Typically, the Government being in such disarray is good for Wall Street, as they are too busy arguing amongst themselves to create any new policies. Typically, the end of interest rate increases brings the market back up. In fact, the only thing I can think of that keeps the market up is inflation. Surely, I'm not the only one noticing inflation is spiraling?
I am not expecting a typical year. I know, this isn't much of a prediction, but more of a worry for the moment. Do I go more to cash now? I'm thinking now would be a good time to diversify to triple net rentals, but the thought of having to keep track of anything other than the market does not enthuse me.
