Question about the term "presently pending". Is there a set standard time frame for presently pending?
Couldn't it mean different times for different people?
What if under questioning Person A says his definition of presently pending is one week, Person B says one month. Person C says 6 months, and person D says it could take up to a year, but is presently pending.
Just curious. I'm no attorney.
