Someone on another board said at least two weeks which will be after the trial starts and maybe over. But like Striper said earlier it really doesn't matter what the outcome is and our attorney made many points of record when other people lay eyes on the transcript to know whats the real score and why Micron continues to play their games. I know Daylas thinks settlement is coming but sitting and listening today sure sounded like they will have to be forced into any type of deal and will go "kicking and screaming". The system just seems to promote bad behavior without any penalty.
