The problem with that the company needs a BS revenue story line like when HMBL was announced to send this off.

Not easy to find BS money revenue story lines like HMBL was before the merger completed

Yes it wasn’t his fault but how did he vett as he’s now saying
If he vett’s and they have no revenue again this could be not good for GS “vetted” company.

And delaying the SEC form 10

Is this why he’s mum on the process?
