To clarify what you are talking about, exactly 20 million free trading shares were changed from restricted to free trading: 52,336,246 on 12/20/06 to currently 72,336,246.

The deal for Premier Mobile was for 20 million of restricted shares. This may or may not be the reason.

I am guessing that restricted shares issued prior to the Premier deal were upgaded.

It would be nice to know the amount of (strong) insider holdings.
