This is the same lousy filing from 2 months ago. Total water sales for the qtr was $970,000.00 , after doing $9 million the qtr before. His assets, Miro is guessing on the value of the water equipment. Plus and here is the kicker, Miro claims they are suing Alkaline 88 for unpaid invoices. Now either this report was done by the worst accountant ever or it's simply not true. If they have unpaid invoices in the Millions it should be in the sales column. You list sales regardless if you collect the money or not. That money becomes, Wait for it ,,,,Wait for it... RECEIVABLES. It is not listed anywhere in the first 3rd qtr report. Payroll for the second qtr was $490,000 , 3rd qtr total $40,500.00 thats 3 months worth of payroll for every employee. That is $13,300 a month , you do not produce water ,PAck water and ship water for $13,000 a month.
This company has been decimated and now you have videos coming out that show nothing. No water being produced only repackaged. No videos of water machinery running. A storage cube for their new line of business , supplying what looks like rejects and auction purchased home goods out of the most unorganized storage cube ever. But wait there's more. The great new ATV business has no sales since 2016 and pumpers here are predicting it to be a $140 million business. Would'nt you like to see that CEO go on Shark Tank with his water ATV and say he is asking for $14 million for 10% of his company. And Mr Wonderful ask, " What are you sales" the answer "Er...er...er, well Mr wonderful we don't have any sales but we do have this great plastic molded body design that seats 2. Next question how much does it cost to produce a single unit and what will they sell for. Answer, we really don't know at this time but if it helps it has always been a dream of mine to own a ATV company. You cant make this stuff up.
