the last tranche they gave to EROP was priced at .011 and the share price (that I can see) on 4/6/2022 was trading around the same but closed substantially lower than the 75 million share .011 issuance price.

Since BLLB already stated its on subject to growth price I dont think that these new shares will be issued @ .0017. It is also stated on filings that the share issuance on 4/6/2022 wan not at a discount so that is very good news (imo).
