It is a public board yes but the liquidation of FKA BioAmber selling off all of its assets to LCYB for a fraction of its liabilities leaves no room for opinion. The time for opinions on good things coming ended the day the liquidation was approved. On that day everything was known moving forward. There was no longer a chance for shareholders to make a recovery once trading stopped.
So folks who were flipping shares took a risk as trading was always going to end when the monitor was completed.
People to this day saying good things are coming are lying and that’s a FACT as there is no chance that could ever happen.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion like saying they feel it was all shady or a scam but when someone puts up nonsense that shareholders still have a chance of recovery, that FKA BioAmber is still restructuring or that the deal isn’t done yet those are not opinions they are just plain lies.
