Management only owns 300,000 shares out of 120 million, yet can control if the company declares bankruptcy or not and has total control of the companies cash. it using 2 million of company cash to make the stalk bid of 2 million. which most of it will got 'employee salaries' owed and legal fees that leaves nothing for creditor claims and and lawsuit claims

10 borkers show ownership of 100 million shares

HOW DOES anyone get to bid or offer .0001/share to the 100 million shareholders to buy their shares?

there is no option for anyone to bid or take control of the company. it like it possessed by management. or something and doing it's thing.
