It still doesn’t make what they did “right”



I never said anything the government did was "right". My opinion, or yours, or that of anyone here, about the "rightness" or "fairness" or whatever of the government's actions means nothing whatsoever when it comes to what the government will do in the future. Those opinions have no place in a rational discussion about investments.

Being "right" doesn't put a single dime in your pocket. That's why I like the phrase "righteous indignation is a poor investment thesis." No amount of talking, discussing, whining, crying, bitching, moaning, or anything like that regarding the government's misconduct makes even a bit of difference in the future price of the shares. It's merely cheerleaders picking up their pom-poms and acting like they have any effect on the game at all.

Got legal theories no plaintiff has tried? File your own lawsuit or shut up.

Posting about other posters is the last refuge of the incompetent.
