NLST Regarding the #293 case—PLAINTIFF NETLIST, INC.’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO WITHDRAW ITS MOTION TO COMPEL MICRON DEFENDANTS TO DE-DESIGNATE PORTIONS OF DEPOSITION TESTIMONY OF SCOTT CYR—it seems that Netlist got what they wanted here or made a deal/trade in relation to something else beneficial—remember that a Special Master was assigned in order to help the parties resolve issues and disputes etc.

There is going to be a lot of docs/filings dropping in numerous advancing cases, I'm not going to get caught up on any one in particular—unless crucial—and instead put emphasis on the whole as things play out... if that makes sense. Of course what really matters is trial and how/what is allowed and used... results of which we can only judge by the jury's verdict... which based on the way Samsung #463 case on same patents played out, gives me confidence.
