I think Pete did a good job of laying it all out. It’s pretty obvious what Wade tried to do. But that’s who he is. He’s lost twice already. 3 strikes and he’s out. I seriously doubt it will take the Texas Court of Appeals more than about 10 or 15 minutes to deny his grounds for appeal. But no one knows what date after Wade submits his last reply on 1/27 that they will rule. Let’s all hope it is in a few weeks or no more than 6. Hard to say. I guess it just depends on how many cases they have to hear before his. Let’s hope they’re not too busy. I see light at the end of this tunnel. Finally.
