Nope, but i have vast clearing experience and actually do expert witness in cases involving clearing issues (including a NSS) ...seen it all and only trying to share basic knowledge. My new favorite is Kristen Shaughnessy asking "how can they give away your shares"...well, they do not give them 'away" but when you fill out customer agreement/Margin Agreement there is a little box you check off which allows them to do this.Its known as Hypothecation. Even though they have loaned them out to other firms, you can sell and yes you may have a fail to deliver/receive but that happens all the time...But hey, she said Ham showed her the light so what do i know?
