Dear All,
Today, the 10th of January 2024, is the most day of my life --
Not sure, what happened to me that day, but around 3.45 AM on the January 10 1983 (I was 17 and Geetha was 16)
I touched my grandmother's feet and went and tied marriage knot (wedding formality) ...
We were hardly 3 months into our friendship when I abruptly made this decision in those times...
But It's been 41 years of memorable life with her and I deeply appreciate her for this incredible journey!
We have been through many roller coasters in our lives but she always stood by me ...
On this auspicious day, I would like to make a very important announcement ---
Each member in our group whether a shareholder or staff are like our family within
Their undaunting patience and sacrifice are leading to our survival and success
and Today we have achieved a certain important milestone like a major bank and its innovation team recognizing the potential we have created..
It's the culmination of the efforts of all of us...and nothing we would have achieved without the enormous patience, risk and tolerance followed by one and every member in the group... In their own way...,
I would like to cite --
some used up their personal cash for business of the company...one living in a tent but still hoping a roof under sun, some despite fighting the bloodiest health trusting us...a soldier trusting us even while getting bombed...some defying their ages...and some defying their daily survival even...
I would like to write on the wall -- We are all like a Cockroach (insect) Team that never dies even if life is reversed ...legs are besieged...
We just fight in patience and outlive our suffering... and that deep fighting spirit in us is giving us this success...
Such a strong success that I can confidently write today....each of the 15 odd verticals that we are planning to activate will be multi billion dollars worth...
And 2024 beginning, we will be moving deep into the life cycles of these verticals....
I attribute every piece of this as our group effort ....
I would hence like to revere and venerate everyone's efforts by introducing 2 important benefits on this auspicious day ----
(1) Group Profit Sharing Plan with 5% Token Equities (5,000,000 initial tokens) set aside for the Group in each of the verticals - 2/3rds of it goes to the staff and 1/3rd of it goes to ITUP & Cow Shareholders in verticals
(2) Group Welfare Fund with 3.33% Token Equities (3,330,000 Initial Tokens) set aside for the Group in each of the Verticals -- 2/3rd of it goes to the staff and 1/3rd to ITUP & Cow Shareholders in Verticals...
All dividends accrued and any gains in market valuations and disposal of tokens from these accounts accrue to the merit of the group in the ratio 2/3 : 1/3 between the Staff and the Shareholders... 2/3d to the staff because it is their effort that results and yields success.....
Danielle will framework the policies, guidelines for withdrawal/loaning of profit / value generation and yearly distribution rules etc.,
Let us become one of the largest and strongest Corporate Families spreading length and breadth across multiple geographies ...maintaining values and ethos and the high octane and visionary abilities we have as our inner self...
