.....my thought was we might as well get religion, since nothing else is working.............FDIC says there is a pre-packaged settlement, and we are waiting on the cross appeals, to get the legal ruling on record............THEN THE FDIC says it will never settle LIBOR, ever.........??.......complete contradictory statements from the FDIC - - - which is standard FDIC........??........but confuses the audience............aimho.....but.....WIN WIN........via patience.......
