They tell you in the SEC, not FINRA, filing, that they did it by Wyoming Law and by their Articles of Incorporation, with their 78% voting rights.
PS: If they had access to "long term funding" which would give them money to Buy Back Shares of BOMO, why did they even go public?
Why did they not just show these investors their game plan, and ask them to invest?
Maybe because they had already tapped private funders for millions, and still had no product that was marketable and therefore, they had to get into bed with CONrad Huss and his dirty shell Pink ticker, in order to suck it out of the Hopeful Pink investors???
A sure sign that the debate has been won:
