I also agree. We don’t have to wait until production to get a lift in the share price. A equity stake by Stellantis will probably make the share price spike to $12-$18 if even for a fleeting moment. A PR re major debt financing from EXIM will likely catapult the stock to $20-36/share. Just my intuition and opinion.
