when this was in the 6 - 8 dollar range the market assumed that Hong would come to some type of settlement with the 3 amigos. little did they know he was going for blood. It makes sense from his perspective. He had agreements in place with one of them and they did not honor them. He had no choice but to get the courts to enforce it. Once we get a judgement and they get beat on appeal. the game is over. no more challenging. Hong either gets what he wants for this tech or he goes down in history willing to take on the 3 BIGGEST thief's in history. Guys got balls made out of Lonsdaleite. :D
