gitreal ... You know why a lender would negotiate a note! There will be plenty of money to be made as AABB & PayAABB emerge into the mainstream & grow for years! Maybe Clive/WC liked the Vision from it's inception! The Mining Division has Tremendous Potential all by itself, let alone everything else AABB has going for it! I'll guess that Preferred Shares will have something to do with the Note Finalization and that the Combined 12 Million Dollar Share Buy-Back will REDUCE our OS Immensely!
