I say allegedly, because voip service, at the time, was one of the biggest, most promising, exciting arenas to get into, so how is it possible that they had such a great opportunity in such a great realm but screwed that up with 1 deal after another and had all their deal partners complaining about vplm not living up to their ends of the deals. Not only that but several board members were shown here via their resumes', to be the freaking TOP PEOPLE IN VOIP AND TELEPHONY. Like Tucker and Candy and Sawyer and Chang, etc. So ask yourself how to have people of that character and expertise plus the aquaintence of the peeps from Digifonica whom they were working on this deal with...and be in the voip service providing business and be a complete failure at it?? AND IF THAT ISN'T QUESTIONABLE ENOUGH.... THEN......THEY MERGE AND HAVE WHAT ARE ALLEGED TO BE THE KEYS TO THE VOIP KINGDOM..... SO NOW.......THEY ARE IN VOIP HEAVEN WITH THE BEST PPL, THE BEST TECH OPPORTUNITY ON THE PLANET AND THE BEST $17/18 MM WORTH OF THE TOTAL CONTROL OF THE VOIP WORLD WITH THE SO CALLED FOUNDATIONAL TECHNOLOGY PATENTS. SO THEY THEN (Chang) SPEND THE NEXT 2 YRS+ PRing THE HELL OUT OF IT (which undoubtedly garnered many new shareholders and sold boucoup shares) AND PROMISES TO FOLD THE TECH INTO THEIR OWN SO CALLED (turnkey rented) VOIP SERVICES PLATFORM, AND WILL BE SELLING OR LICENSING TO COMPANIES WHO WE ARE LED TO BELIEVE ARE BEATING THEIR DOORS DOWN, TO GET SOME O DAT, WHILE ALSO PROMISING TO FORTHWITH BEGIN COLLECTING UP TO HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN ROYALTIES. THEN.......AFTER THAT ABOVE DESCRIBED 2 TO 3 YR SETUP, NOW SITTING FLUSH WITH TONS OF NEW SHAREHOLDERS AND CEMENTING THE FAITH IF THE EXISTING ONES AND KNEE DEEP IN SHARE SALES.........NOW........NOW........NOW.......with no rhyme or reason, with no fanfare, with no announcements, with no shareholder input and on a DIME..... TOTALLY SHUT THE DOOR TO ALL OF THAT (because it was all a bullshit ruse) TO BECOME THE POSTER CHILD DEFINITIVE PATENT TROLL FOR THE NEXT DOZEN YEARS!........EXCEPT........ THEY WEREN'T EVEN A REAL PATENT TROLL! THAT WAS JUST A RUSE AND A FRONT FOR THE BEST SHARE PRINTING, SHARE SELLING, PERSONAL ATM PERSONAL ENRICHMENT SCHEME EVER TO SHOW UP ON THE OTC. AND IT HAS WORKED WONDERFULLY FOR THEM FOR ALL THESE YEARS AND CONTINUES TO THIS VERY MINUTE. AND WILL MOST LIKELY CONTINUE FOR YEARS TO COME, FUNDED MOSTLY BY THE FAITHFUL GULLIBLE ARMY OF VPLM/EMU BELIEBERS, THE ELITE SUPER TRUE LONGS AND ALL THE SUPPORTERS WHO UTILIZE PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO GET ZILLIONS OF SHARES FOR NEXT TO ZIPPO. ALL THE INTELLECTUALIZING AND AGENDALOGICAL EXPLANATIONS FOR THE LITIGATIONAL MANUEVERINGS AND MACHINATIONS SOUND GREAT AS THESE PPL APPEASE THEMSELVES TO DEATH AND KEEP UP THE 15 YR OLD NEVER ENDING MANTRA OF HOW CLOSE WE ALWAYS ARE AND THE OMNIPRESENT, NOW STUPID, "PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE" AND "VPLM IS IN ITS BEST POSITION EVER" (perpetually).

Meanwhile, any big dog voip provider or big dog investor with 2 brain cells to rub together, would've snatched up patents worth allegedly in the hundreds of billions of dollars LONG AGO, FOR A RELATIVE SONG, RATHER THAN LET THEIR COMPETITORS GRAB IT AND RATHER THAN ALLOWING THE DAMAGES TO KEEP GOING UP AND THEN HAVE TO STOP SELLING THE OFFENDING PRODUCTS. DUH DUH DUH DUH DUH DUH. MAKES NOT A LICK OF SENSE. IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY. THEY KNOW THEY ARE NOT INFRINGING AND THAT THE PATENTS ARE WORTHLESS.
