On January 5, 2024, Plaintiffs Sherratt Reicher Revocable Trust, Mattie
Cooper, Clayton Wiedemann, Tiffany Miller, Twin Creeks Development, LLC, and
MCG Investments and Holdings, LLC, (“Plaintiffs”), by and through their counsel
of record, and Defendants NutraNomics, Inc., Jonathan Bishop, Geoff Bazegian, and
Stephen M. Hicks, (“Defendants”), by and through their counsel of record, filed a
joint stipulation requesting that the Court amend its July 11, 2023 Scheduling and
Case Management Order (Dkt. 40) to allow the parties to conduct their settlement
conference with an attorney from the court’s ADR Panel, as opposed to through
