I believe that insiders held alot of commons here? Looked like enough to absorb this massive split as well. That was the only reason I thought it may happen and may not be a direct attempt to clean out commons shareholders

None the less this is not a good look in any way and any news would have to be absolutely huge to recover from a 75K-1. This has to be a record.

Outside of something massive, its hard to see a case this doesn't get obliterated in the coming days.
