jack....I didn't get a direct answer from the SEC, but I don't believe the 5% rule is enforced on a pink sheet stock as it is very difficult to get a handle on the o/s. Once a company is reporting, the reg would be enforced or at least a liability would exist if a holder of 5% or greater did not comply and file the appropriate filing.

My friend has taken a position in our stock that would necessitate a filing once INXR becomes a reporting entity. You'll be able to see their position and who they are then. He is excited as i am about INXR's future.....Have a good one...Jim
