No, I am not. It will be a great year for Plug Power, just like Carvana (CNVA) in 2023.
The hydrogen hubs and 45V only apply to the US, other countries are moving away from fossil fuels. For countries with skills and means, speed is of the essence.
In 2024, SK Plug Hyverse will finally start to flourish. Green hydrogen will be booming in Asia and Europe, but in fossil fuel countries BLUE will be the new green.

2024: more Fuel Cells & Electrolyzers, less OWN hydrogen production
To remove the 'going concern' warning, Plug just needs to delay the hydrogen plants until the DOE loan is available and sell more fuel cells & electrolyzers. No need for other funding.
I think the demand for Plug’s fuel cells (forklifts) and electrolyzers will be insane this year.
In 2024, Plug Power will probably hire much more employees (hundreds).
