Most likely convert all the OTC companies to covert to the blockchain platform and collect 15- 20 thousand per company. What company on any exchange would not want no shorting. Blackstar is a perfect example why this is necessary. There can be no cheating from market makers. What company would not want that. This is a true diamond in the rough that is in the very early stages. Very tough to raise money when they beat the stock down
