WOLF SAYS ; In a recent article presented on the DWAC Board concerning the Merger Agreement from October 3, 2023.

The subject of the article was the option for TMTG to be able to opt out of the Merger with DWAC only between October 31, 2023 and November 21, 2023. The announcement was made on October 2, 2023. Since that Back To The Future event was mentioned, let’s analyze DWAC stock from a set point a few days before the announcement back on October 2, 2023 to see if their was any insider trading activity. As YOU can see from the price of the stock and the volume, it proves that there was no insider trading, which is a good sign.
Below is the stock history of DWAC from September 28, 2023 up to and past the November 21, 2023 dead line. As one can see, the price range on the day of the announcement, October 2, was $15.36 to $16.19. The day after on October 3, $15.30 to $15.95. The volume for the stock from the news for those two days and thereafter was normal with no issues of a sell off. This proves that most of the shareholders were not concerned with the so called bad news announcement which in return shows positive shareholder approval that they were happy with the announcement and its outcome results. The day of the three week deadline for the option to opt out of the merger agreement, the stock price range was between $16.25 and $18.50 with huge abnormal volume of 585,500 shares traded. DWAC is a thin traded company with only an outstanding share count of 29.99 million and implied outstanding of 37.49 million. Today Wolfy was wrong with his prediction of the stock price to bottom out between $16.75 to $16.95. The price bottomed out at $17.00 and has taken a bounce upwards to a high of $17.41 with two hours of trading to go.
