We can plainly see and read from the 400 pages encapsulating the 3 plus year litigation brought against Erhe on 2 continents by Kosmos energy concerning EEZ block 4 a few major points. Erhe won the rights to EEZ blk4 . Erhe made a deal for block 4 with Total Fina that is documented in those 400 pages of legal documents. The details of that SIGNED DEAL were redacted due to a judges court ordered gag during the litigation . After great expense andmillions of dollars for attorneys fees and costly litigation of which was worth more than the entire market cap of Erhe at the time there is NO WAY Total Fina or Erhe let this block go. With the recent news of Shell’s new activity in 3 EEZ blocks bringing in and partnering with Petrobras this also tells us that Shell’s Jaca1 in EEZ blk4 was a success and that the EEZ in general is alive and well. So in conclusion I like our chances for success and the odds have shifted in favor of Erhe longtime shareholders!!!
