The show has already had multiple episodes filmed. You might surmise the Bourbon Room is one sponsor among others who will have their wares prominently displayed. Mr. Blagman is already very experienced at this. There are multiple items on his agenda he wants to take a better position with. He is aiming for the fences and not just trying to lob a single between fielders.
