Ok, guess I killed 2 birds with one stone.....as all I was doing was showing that the comments that claimed the sec doesn't bust naked short sellers as just more misinformation. Ironically, I also believe at the same time, that they are as corrupt as any other govt agency or for that matter, any entity that has power legal power over others, especially the ones whose punishment is having to cough up large fines. But, lol, in contrast to that, I think it was just yesterday when I posted about a company who was fined alot but the fine was rescinded allegedly because they knew the company "couldn't pay the fine"......which I found kinda pathetic and gee, what a great deterrent that was. I have no doubt that if you Google sec corruption, there will be so many hits, smoke will pour out of your device. However, they apparently DO make some token busts for whatever reasons or corruptions there might be and the whole point for me was to show they indeed DO bust naked shorters contrary to what was said. I'm just into fair and balanced is all. If I helped your point along as well, thats ok too.

All my commentary is to be considered as my personal opinions, to which I am entitled. And there is no proof of said opinions unless I offer it in the comments.
